Citylink Motel reservations is open 7 days a week from 6:00AM in the morning to 10:00PM in the nights. Reservations can be made through emails or by a phone call at any time within the operating hours.

Long Stay

You can make a reservation to stay at Citylink Motel for a longer period of time for a year or a couple of months. You can reserve a standard room with a single bed or a duplex room with double beds according to your needs and requirements.

You can also make a reservaion for an executive suite fully furnished with cooking facilties and furniture. Its like a home away from home. An executive suite is best for families and groups. Room rates are sometimes negotiable here and conditions also apply.

Payment Methods

Citylink Motel accepts many different method of payments for its services. The methods of payment accepted are Cash Payments, Purchase Orders (POs), Cheques from Government Departments and well recorgnised companies and institutions, Save Cards and Credit Cards. Citylink Motel bank account number to deposit the payments is provided at the reservations frontdesk counter.

Arrivals and Check-In

Check-In to reserved rooms is very inportant to Citylink Motel. Checkin is allowed only between 6:00AM and 10:00PM. Customers should advise the reservation team if they think they cannot make it between the operating hours. Customers should also advise the reservatiosn team if they are cancelling their reservation.

Check-Out

Guests Check-Out time at Citylink Motel is 10:00AM. Additional charges are applied to guests every hour from 10:00AM checkout time id they are still in the room. Guests are always expected to check out on time to avoid additional charges.

Guests are advised not to take any property of Citylink Motel from the room when they check out and leave the room. If guests plan to add additional nights and days, it is advisable to let the reservations team know and make arrangements for the extentions.
